 Patrick Hehir MBA MSOD
Patrick founded BVG Intl LLC in 2009 after dedicating his 25 yr career to improving Business Performance and helping companies grow and increase their value as perceived and measured by all constituents.
Patrick heads up the Operations, Strategy, Business Excellence,Large Scale Change,Organizational Design, Outsourcing, Product Life Cylce Management focus areas and is a master architect of efficient business systems and of making complex issues simple.
    He began his professional life in Engineering, shifted to Quality, Program Management, Operations and then to Business Excellence and Corporate Development. He has worked with a wide range of smaller and larger US multinationals and on a global scale mostly within the Electronics Manfucaturing arena both on the OEM side and the EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) side.He is said to be a thought leader in the area of Management Systems thinking of Value Based Management strategies.

 John Mc Cormack is a partner at Business Value Group and through Executive VP, CFO and Operations roles, brings over thirty years of Operations, Financial and Executive Management experience in global informaiton technology businesses, including Clarus Systems, transware Ltd, BlueStar Solutions, Amdahl Corporation, fujitsu, Analog Devices and GE.
 
John heads up the competence center of Finance, Debt Restructure, Legal, Financial Analysis, Due diligence, Business Process Outsourcing and IT Strategy. He is a tremendously insightful executive, is very pragmatic and practical and his wise council is constantly sought after.
